Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We always provide tracking numbers to our customers and advise them to track them on the courier website. If there are delays please reach out to the courier company to ask them. If still there are delays please let us know so we can reach out to the courier company and inquire about the delivery delay.
